Has anyone asked their GP which group they're in for the vaccine?

@Swatteam hiya swat you must have been worried sick at this awful time were in atm but glad all went well an safe at home now? I had heart attack at 33 yrs old had angioplasty got a stent in went home with ischemic heart disease, angina and start of copd thankyou genes lol that was just the start off the genes they still keep rolling in at 49 yr old lol did u have open heart surgery or key hole like me ??

Hi @gillian72 sorry i took so long to reply to you. I haven't had a stent in my heart . I had a total hysterectomy in March, thats how my oncologist found out as I had ecg etc before my op. My own gp just dismissed it.. infact his reply was " supposedly ". I had to go back to hospital in june for my bowel problems scans phone calls etc October came i was told I had this rare thing going on in my stomach and needed more surgery within 3 weeks I had it done
I had mesenteric angio, coeliac and sma stenting my blood vessels /arteries were blocked I had 2 stents and they cleaned 1 more.sorry if I didn't say what ops I had but its the first time I've actually spoke/wrote about it

Hi, I am 39, 40 this year and have epilepsy. Hopefully I will get an invite soon, but am not holding my breath!! Apparently I am in category 6, 16-55 years old with underlying health issues, but I don't know.....

@Swatteam pfizer vaccine. It's good new death numbers are low for covid let's hope lockdown be over soon

@berry123 my husband has had his vaccine today but the Oxford one slight headache is all so hopefully whichever one you have.

@berry123 hubby got Oxford 1 because of his allergies and he goes back 22nd April. I'll just have to wait for mine .

@berry123 thats good to me a vaccine which ever 1 we get it's for a good reason. So in my eyes worth it.

@Swatteam we all should be grateful we have NHS who doing a wonderful job. UK has the best hospitals doctors GP.

@berry123 I can agree to nhs, hospitals but not my gp/doctors if I left everything to them I could of been dead by now.

@Swatteam my gp I not seen for few years just see duty doctor and the worse things is you have to tell all your medical history all the time even they have records.
