Hi everybody. I have just received a letter from my first tribunal asking for letters sent to my doctor, from consultants etc. They say a further tribunal will assess my claim for PIP. Is this standard? Is this common? Does this mean my claim is more likely to be rejected? Many thanks in advance of any help.

Do you mean a letter from HMCTS? They're basically saying that you now have an opportunity to make your case. That can include medical evidence but it doesn't have to.

In terms of what it means. It means nothing. They're simply saying "make your case". Put in your arguments and your evidence.
