Backdated payments

It about my backdated payment I won my assessment lcwra then uc phoned me on 30 jan said they will release my payment and it will take 7-10 days to go in to my bank left 3 messages on journal but still no money and no one as got back to me and it's 4 days past date they said my anxiety is so bad they know this I'm just so stressed out at the minute thanks Carl

I suggest you give them a call or give them time to catch up after the weekend and respond to your journal entries
