So I am on another forum and someone has asked she has send her award review off 4 weeks ago and she's missed a call from PIP is that normal? I got a call but I requested one.

Hard to say, best thing she can do is phone them back.2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡

Nobody can really say why they called could be to discuss they claim or something entirely different
It wont be an assessment as it I'd assessment company that would have called and they normally notify of date and time -
@janer1967 I've told him call them back. I said to him you might be lucky where they ask you a few questions and can award it for you. but it could be anything I said! I said if I had to put my money on it they will ask you questions as you might end up getting it. as normally a DC wouldn't just call for nothing " but I could be wrong.

@janer1967 her not him ×

Yes it could be that it does happen but I wouldn't just presume that is the case

@woodbine I've told her call back. Said you might be lucky and get your award over the phone as I did

@janer1967 good news she's got the same award for 4 years, she didn't speak to the DM but she said she's been awarded the same rate for 4 years and a letter has got sent out confirming this so she's happy. wonder what they called her for

@Carlbenn_88 that's great news. That was nearly done as quick as yours in 3 weeks. Hoping mine has a similar outcome. Congratulations to both of you x
