@berry123 put it this way I have been shouted at humiliated ben called a liar saying bring your proof etc for which I put off going to the hospital put me totally off my gp
-
@Swatteam you should have complained to management if I'm not happy I send email to my gp and I make sure its sorted.
-
@berry123 I have tried and tried but they don't have any complaints person just the gp.
-
@Swatteam pls dont neglect if you need help seek medical advice.
-
They should have a practice manager. They should also have a complaints policy with a clear defined complaints procedure to follow. Or I’d be considering moving surgeries.
-
@MarkN88 absolutely right
-
@swatteam good night
-
Yay!
Getting my jab next Thursday!
...cant remember ever being pleased at the thought of a jab before...lol -
@Cress very good not long to wait now. My husband had his jab yesterday we were in there about 10 mins and you don't have to sit around for 15 mins afterwards .
-
Oh good @Swatteam
Getting done in my local small town theatre...bit of an odd choice but no doubt adds to the drama lol... -
@Cress good let me know how you get on .
-
Not sure about mine. I thought I was in group 6 because I have ME which is a neurological condition or so I thought but according to the me association it is not included in the conditions listed in group 6. The association are trying to get it included in the group. Guess I will just have to wait and see what happens.

It must be frustrating, however you need to bear in mind it is also a balancing act for the government too, they cant possibly list every condition under group 6, otherwise that would defeat the object of having a priority order.
However it must be observed that clinical judgement can also be used and if you feel you are at greater risk and that you should be vaccinated sooner, you are advised to speak with your GP. -
@MarkN88 I know I should be in number 4 group without a doubt . I know my friends have just had their vaccine done on Friday but she is 55 just had a stent but her husband works on demolition and he's 52 no health problems so how come that couple can have it. it just makes me wonder.
-
@deb74 see what we people think and what Dr's think then you have a programme to follow but too many people falling through the gaps ask your gp I you can I know how you feel ( let down).
-
Hi @Swatteam. I will thanks.
-
You can go to NHS online to book a jab but it will only let you book if it's your groups turn, you will need your NHS number (on your repeat prescriptions).2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡
-
@woodbine thank you for that ill try and see what happens .
-
@woodbine thank you but it didn't work for me.
@MarkN88 a quick update my husband tried for 4 hours to speak to a gp and was told there's no doctors in the building but he can have a call back on Friday. But when I wet to hospital yesterday I was told I suffer from peripheral artery disease (gp never told me) and stage 3 copd. On top of other things I have.i am waiting again for my results but it doesn't look good. As for the vaccine all I can do is wait..
