@woodbine well done it's very hard. Vape pens are really good for getting off the cigarettes, I know loads that have done it that way, then they take nicotine levels down till they are vaping zero nicotine. Then stop, it's just getting right flavours and strengths to suit you. A lot cheaper too.

@SheffieldBloke1976 Vaping does carry a risk, but as this NHS website explains:... they carry a small fraction of the risk of cigarettes.Taking that into consideration, I think @Woodbine deserves some credit for his efforts
E-cigarettes do not produce tar or carbon monoxide, two of the most harmful elements in tobacco smoke.
The liquid and vapour contain some potentially harmful chemicals also found in cigarette smoke, but at much lower levels.
