I'm new to site I have pip assessment Monday over phone and very anxious hence why I'm awake early

Lots of people get anxious about their assessment, so you're not the only one. Do you have any particular concerns, or is it more just a general feeling of anxiety? -

That's understandable @ally58. Do you have a copy of your form? As Janer1967 said, that can be a good way of reducing anxiety levels. Could you perhaps write a little list of things you want to get across? Is there anyone who could be there with you when you take the call?
