Some of you may remember that I posted I was trying to cut down on my smoking and I have to report so far so good, for around 4 weeks now I have reduced the number of cigs I am smoking by around 10 a day. about half of what I used to smoke, If I can keep it up I will smoke around 4,000 fewer cigs this year, I m still using the vape to help.
Senior management has cut her smoking down from 20 a day to just 2 a day, also vaping but a massive success !
