I have sent my ET1 off and awaiting my ET3 copy.... My employer have now after 6months decided they will make an adjustment for my disability (now they have the ET1) , which is a new role new targets, new hours... but won’t tell me what it is till I say if I will accept it? Why would this be?
It’s a huge company who are annoyed I’ve taken it to tribunal but the way I’ve been dealt with is so bad

Hi there
How can you accept it if you dont know what it is
Tell them you will accept it if it meets your needs and if it doesnt you will be continuing with the tribunal case . You also need the offer in writing -
Thanks Jane, I was hoping you would reply.
Thats exactly what I have put. I think I question myself when under so much stress. Thanks -
No problem if you ever want tag me or pm me

Hi, I’ve handed my notice due to constructive dismissal, I’ve had an email back asking me to take my time to think about the decision. If I still want to go ahead today then they will come back formally. Is this standard?
@janer1967 do you know if this is?
i was expecting it to be accepted and then just go to court. -
Hi there
Yes it is normal they will be trying to show that they offered to resolve the issue without you leaving
A big com9any will do all they can to keep out of tribunal and will have their legal team all over it -
Jane can I ask you a quick question? Although I’m not sure how I send a private message
I’m worried it will give a lot about my case away even though it’s simple -
Scroll to bottom of page and under your name there is a symbol looks bit like a handbag
Click on this and you can send a private message -
Ah maybe it’s because I’m new I’m not able too, it just says no new messages.
-
I have tried to send you one but wont let me either
You need 25 posts to send pm -
Also check your settings that you have ticked the pm allowed
-
You have right number of posts so is probably your notification settings
If you dont know how to check them let me know -
In the settings it’s switched on, so Strange they are going to look In to it for me
thanks for all your help -

Trust me, I've been saying for years that the 2010 Equality Act ain't worth the paper it's printed on because the government don't, and probably never will, enforce it.2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡 -
