Some of you may remember a few weeks ago how I was starting to cut down on the cigs and use my vape more, I can now happily tell you that I have cut my cig consumption by 50% approx 4,000 a year less !
And senior management who last year was smoking 20 a day is now down to just 2 a day.

Well done have you cut down more since last time ?
Do you plan on cutting down more
Fantastic achievement -
That's absolutely brilliant @woodbine!
Huge well done for cutting down - particularly during these trying times of lockdown
Apart from switching to vaping, have you got any hints and tips for anybody else who is looking to give up or cut back on smoking?

I'm not sure if I will be able to cut down more but i'm seeing how it goes, as for cutting down without vaping I have no advice as I couldn't have done one without the other, i've been smoking for 51 years and if i'm honest i've never really wanted to give up, but thought the time had come to cut down.2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡

Good on you @woodbine, I’m sure you’ll gradually feel the benefits.

@woodbine that's great news. I remember many years ago when I went cold turkey and gave up I developed a bad cough for a while. You will really reap the benefits in the long run. Keep going
