As some of you will know I have been trying to cut down my smoking in recent weeks, the good news is that from smoking 25+ a day for years I am now smoking under 12 most days (with the help of my vape), senior management has done even better she has now stopped completely (except for vaping), my next target is less than 10 a day by the end of the month.
Wish me luck.

Very very well done Woodbine
Also well done to Mrs. WoodbineThat is really impressive. Think about the money you are saving.
Keep it up! -
That's a big achievement @woodbine. Really well done to you both.
I've never been a smoker myself, so I can't say that I know what it feels like trying to give up. But a few of my family members have smoked in the past, and achieved various stages of giving up success. I know how hard it's been for them.
I'm sure you must both be really pleased with how far you've come.

Great progress @woodbine, well done.

Your doing well I went cold turkey for personal reasons I stopped 4am 23rd of August 2009 I crushed and threw away 200 cigarettes and haven't smoked since

@woodbine well done it is a difficult habit to kick, vapes are very useful in helping to quit and a lot cheaper option too.

@woodbine congratulations! That's amazing willpower. Keep it up and put the money you are saving into a special 'pot' for treats. Senior management has also done brilliantly
