Welcome to the online community's Euro 2020 sweepstake!
With Euro 2020 (or Euro 2021) finally kicking off on Friday 11 June, we'll be getting in the spirit of things by hosting our own community sweepstake competition.
There are 24 national football teams competing in Euro 2020. To begin with, these teams will be divided into groups of 4, with those groups battling it out to see who advances to the knockout rounds of the competition. I will of course update as teams are eliminated or advance to later stages. Whoever succeeds in drawing the winning team will become our first ever Community Sweepstake Champion!
To take part:
Pick a number between 1 and 24 and comment below. These numbers are randomly assigned to a team, but you won't find out what team you've drawn until after you've chosen your number. We'll announce what teams people have drawn next week.Numbers are allocated on a first come first served basis until all the spots are filled and if needs be, we'll then double up. If someone has already picked a number from the list below, you'll need to pick a different one.
