ESA 50 FORM

in Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
Hi,

I live in London and have just received an ESA50 form to complete but I already get ESa (income related) and in the support group which Ive got since migrating over from a income Support over 7 years ago. I've always been in the support group and get PIP at both the enhanced rates. 

I think I completed the same form several years ago and was wondering whether I have to complete this if I'm already in receipt of ESA and nothing has changed since I completed the first form.

    .was there a covering letter with the form 

    I would presume it is a review and if so yes you will need to fill it out and return

    If you have been sent the form you must complete it. Failure to do so will result in you being treated as fit for work.
