Can I get a copy of my medical assessment report from WCA? Can this be used as evidence for PIP?

Hi, I’ve recently been awarded lcwra on uc and I have now applied for pip. I was wondering how I get a copy of my medical assessment report and can this be used as evidence for pip? (I know there completely different) but surely it must help.
Anyone has similar experiences?

Hi there and welcome
You can use your report for supporting evidence but as you say different criteria
Your own anecdotal evidence on the application form is the most important to focus on1
