Feeling very down.

In the last 5 days we have had three deaths, a neighbour, a neighbour who was also a close friend and about an hour ago a friend I have known for 50 years.
If i'm honest i've got to the point where i can't stop crying.
Life can be so hard and so it seems so short.

I'm sorry for the loss of your friends and don't be concerned about the crying it's a natural emotion to express your feelings
Unfortunately as we become order we start to lose the people who have been a big part of our lives

One day at a time @woodbine..Its perfectly ok to feel like you do..take time to grieve...Its a process..and one which 'eventually'..you will come out the other side.One day you will find yourself smiling..at a memory that pops up in your head...those kinda days will get more frequent..and you will realise you are getting stronger...Take Care..

Hi woodbine sorry for your losses of your friends I’ve lost a family member as well he’s actually the first family member who passed away and I was so upset I had to stay in my flat and feel sad about it
