Hi everyone, my middle name is James, which is what you can call me. I am wishing to remain anonymous, and my first name is very unique.
I joined this forum to get advice around benefits & also just to chat.
I am autistic & have ADHD, and also have MH issues - social & general anxiety, depression, unspecified eating disorder.
My main interest is bodybuilding, but I also like walking, swimming, running, self improvement, art, fashion, and watching youtube.
