I had my pip decision got 0 points for all of it after a heart attack triple bypass and a stroke assessor was a physiotherapist nothing in the report to how this affects my mobility says I can walk 200 metres without any aids total lie get out of breath walking across the living room don’t know weather to right to dwp would this be a waste of time lot of wrong things she said in her opinion I can do by a telephone call

    You need to put the report to one side because concentrating on this will not get you a PIP award. The assessment process is there to gather more evidence to support your claim and then the assessor writes their opinion based on everything you send, as well as what you said during the assessment.
    If you think you qualify then you can request the Mandatory Reconsideration. You should state where and why you think you should have scored those points. Adding a couple of real world examples of what happened the last time you attempted that activity for each descriptor that applies to you. Include details such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.
    MR success rate is about 46%. If the MR decision doesn't change then it's Tribunal. Waiting times for MR decision is between 2 -12 weeks, sometimes longer.

    @poppy123456 I don't think the PIP MR success rate is 46%. That's the rate of changed decisions. Not all of those will be successful outcomes and even when they are they may not be wholly successful. So, actual success rate where success = everything the claimant wants will be lower again.
