So I have started a new job with a agency so only get a few days here and there which suits me fine. been there for a week and got paid for the 4 days I worked and paid hardly any tax or NI why is that? I was well made up as I had more money lol.

You won't pay tax until you have earned more than £12,570 which is the 2021/22 tax threshold, but any taxable benefits are included in this, the N.I is slightly more complex, but is detailed in the link below:
