What's the guidance for when an adjustment request means a change to rota for disabled person and another employee?
No lost wages. Just the other is unhappy with the change but has nothing like disability.

If so, it might be worthwhile speaking to a managerial individual (if you feel comfortable doing this) in the company and expressing your concerns?
