    I can certainly relate to feelings of feeling lonely, despite having people around me @tre. It can be a really difficult thing to experience, as you can sort of feel as though you 'shouldn't' feel lonely. It can be helpful to try and think about why you might be feeling this way.

    There are lots of possible reasons, but narrowing it down to a few causes can help you to tackle those, and start to feel more connected and content with the relationships you have.

    Do you have any ideas on why you might be experiencing feelings of loneliness? You may find this page on loneliness on Mind's website interesting.
