Hello @juey23 and welcome to the community Thanks for joining today.
I'm sorry to see you're feeling anxious, is this for Employment Support Allowance (ESA)? What about things is making you feel worried?Online Community Coordinator

I’m in the support group but had a letter today saying I have a telephone interview with a work coach I’m all very new to this but had an interview over the phone for my assessment to see which group I would be put in and now this letter came today

I had my letter to say ild be put in support group before Christmas and now had this one come today

That's okay, thanks for explaining it to me, that's really helpful. It's completely understandable to feel a bit worried when you're not sure what's going on.
Can I ask what exactly the wording was for the group you're in? There are 3 possible results after the assessment.- You are found to have limited capacity for work and work-related activity
- You are found to have limited capacity for work
- You are found fit for work.

Hi,If you claimed ESA at anytime during the pandemic it could be a telephone call to agree to your claimant commitments, which will simply be to agree to report any changes and that's it. Although people have been receiving letters for these appointments but they've had to attend their local Job centre. There will be no further appointments after this, until your next work capability assessment.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Ok that’s good news I won’t worry so much now they are doing it over the phone thankyou quite a lot of people are having them and said nothing to worry about just to agree commitments
