Hi,Your first step is to request the Mandatory Reconsideration. (MR) You should put it in writing stating where and why you think you should have scored those points. Include a couple of real world incidents that happened the last time you attempted that activity for each descriptor that applies to you. You should include information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.
Timescales for MR decisions are between 2-12 weeks, sometimes longer. You may also want to have a read of this, it will help you with a better understanding of the PIP descriptors. https://pipinfo.net/

Thankyou for your advice. My issue is that I can walk but the quality of my walking is poor very slow, painful and with frequent balance issues. My ms us very variable and I am unsure from one minute to tge next how my walking will be. Thus makes going out on mh own scary. I am not sure how to communicate this. I said it during my assessment and was completely ignored. Not sure how to get my message across0

Walking would be the mobility part "moving aound." What about the daily living part, there's 10 activities here ranging from washing, dressing/undressing, communicating, budgeting etc etc.

Well I scored 6 on the daily living. My fatigue was not really taken into account. I can cook but often struggle to cook in the evening as I am too tired ( I often cry). If I di manage to cook then I am so tired I fall asleep at 7 30 for the evening. Also my husband helps me with my leg and foot stretches, which I cannot do on my own and this was not mentioned. In the bathing section I was told I could get out if tge bath because I could chop vegetables, my concern is that my legs could give way, my husband has to help me. I feel disillusioned, I have put thus in writing, and during tge assessment. Should I just give up. I have ms it it painful, isolating and scary. I don't want to have to justify everything. My assessment was on tge phone. I would have much preferred face to face so they could see how I am physically

Hi @claregrace
Thanks for reaching out for support. I always appreciate how much courage it must take to reach out for support.
Unfortunately, PIP is not my area of expertise. This means that I can only hope someone else with more knowledge in this area is able to provide you with the answers you are looking for soon.
I can see @poppy123456 has responded to your post. Do you feel @poppy123456 was able to answer your questions or do you have any more questions for us or anything we can help to clarify further?
I mainly just responded to greet you and let you know that we hear you and are here for you. We will happily talk things through with you further and support you if we can

Oh thankyou. Sorry for going straight into pip. I just found this community whilst looking for some advice. I will take some time to look at the other discussions taking place0

Not at all @claregrace. You have absolutely nothing to apologise for. Please do reach out for support whenever you need it! I am really proud of you for already finding the courage to reach out
