Does putting in an MR mean the payments will pause until a new decision is made?

Hi, I hope someone can help me with this question. I have received PIP daily care at the standard rate but not the mobility part, which is crazy considering I have trouble walking. Does anyone know whether putting in a mandatory reconsideration means the payments will pause until a new decision is made? Thanks

    Hi,
    Your current award will continue to be paid if you request the MR. The most likely outcome of the MR is it will stay the same, though we have had some members where the decision's changed at this stage. If you take it to Tribunal the award will continue to paid too.
