Hi ,My name is Karina .My mom applied for pip ,was waiting for about a year ,then she had an assessment and after one week she received a letter from Pip with 16 and 17 mobility  points but in the letter they saying  that she is not entitled for pip
We made  a few calls afterwards  they said that this is a mistake and its alredy 3 weeks we still didn't get any response .Then we send them a form to look through it again .

    Hi,
What exactly was the mistake they made? And what form did you send them to look through?

All points in overall looks fine to be awarded but the text of the letter completely opposite. So ,we called them on same day after  receiving the letter .They said that this is mistake she is entitled for pip and they will send another letter in 5 to 10 days  .But we didn't get any letter . Mandatory Reconsiderstion .
We sent that form because we not sure now what was the mistake points or their decision

Mistakes in decision letters can and do happen. If you didn't receive a new decision letter then you could have rang PIP again to ask them. Requesting a MR probably wasn't needed here.
You will need to ring PIP to ask what exactly is happening because they're the only ones that can tell you.
