I'm in a middle of trying to find suitable food .I'm diabetic but just been told I've got bile acid malabsorption I know wheat diary and lactose is a no go but don't know what I can eat

Hi @huggs69 welcome to the forum. I too had my gallbladder removed but was about 5 years ago. Diabetis uk have lots of recipes on their site. Also link below.
