Hi,
I had my text this morning to say I’ve been awarded pip, I have seen on here some people rang the pip number and it told them when they got paid and how much so I did that and it said my next payment was £7?? Could this be wrong how am I only getting £7?

I wouldn't rely on the automated message on there because a few people here have had the same problem. If you want to know what your award is then you can ring them to ask, or wait for the decision letter. If you're not transferring from DLA and this is a first time claim, any money owed will be in your bank 3-5 days after the payment is made.1

@poppy123456 okay thankyou I might try ringing then. How do you know when they’ve made that payment do they tell you? As I think I’m owed back pay from the start of my claim0

If payment has been made they will tell you when to expect it.

Quick Question! I noticed the person above received notification of award via text...I never received a text, as i mentioned in another thread. I was told over the phone , when i called them about handing more info in..poppy123456 said:If payment has been made they will tell you when to expect it.
Should i receive a text?0 -
Texts of awards are a new thing. I have no idea If they send them to those that are going through reviews. Or whether it’s just new claims.0
