Lwcra question regarding back payment

So it's only took 2 years but I finally got my assesment and received a note in my journal yesterday to say I have been awarded lwcra and they will be in touch in the next week or 2 about any back payment I may be die. I was originally handing in sicklines from June 2020 but my health took a bad turn and I wasn't able to hand in sick notes for a few months, my job coach at time said I should just update my sickness and change the date to February 2021, I suffer very bad mental health and adhd so I don't always understand things very well. I assumed the professional would know best but I see now it says my sickness is only on record from March 2021. Does this mean I am due money march 2021 after 3 month waiting period? I am kinda of annoyed as I thought it would be from start of claim when I started handing in evidence. It has been complete whirlwind multiple times they sent me letters saying I had missed assesment but I neve once was informed of having an assesment, the only reason I was not worrying too much was the expected back dated payment would cover the debt I have got into in the mean time trying to survive but now from what I read I am only due one year of back dated money rather than almost 2? Also can anyone tell me when I would expect lwcra to be added to my money and when I can expect back dated payment. My money is paid 2nd of every month and it says my health change was from 1st march. Thank you for your time

( I just noticed I had already posted asking about the different dates. So instead I'd like to ask if anyone thinks it is worth my time doing a mandatory reconsideration to get it from the year prior, if it is gonna be a lot of stress and the chances are slim also if the money I have now been awarded is put on hold I'd rather not, it's been such a stress already)
