What's the likelihood of the DWP decision maker accepting the assessor's report?

Hi
I have now received my assessor Report from DWP and have worked out I have 16 and 12 points.  What is liklihood of this bring accepted by the decision maker and how long do you usually have to wait.  I am worried they will overturn what the assessor has recommended.  I sent my form off on the 5th May
 Thank you

They usually go with the report but they don't always. You just have to wait for the decision letter (which may take up to 12 weeks).

Welcome to the community @Sabo52 :)

It's difficult for us to say whether or not they'll go with the assessor's report. They usually take that into account, along with the evidence you provided in your forms.

I've got my fingers crossed for a positive outcome for you!

How do you feel the assessment went?

I thought it went well and the report is thorough although there are discrepancies which I will ask to be looked at if I get refused

I had a paper based review for pip and was awarded on the points advised from the medical report, so for me yes they did but I've seen that's not always the case... I think I waited just under 3 weeks for the decision once they had my report 😊

    Goodluck
