Tribute poem to Dame Olivia Newton-John 
Dame Olivia Newton-John will be remembered for your iconic acting role as Sandy in Grease.
My heart felt like it had metaphorically broken into many pieces when saw the breaking news flash come across the bottom of our television screens my eyes were in disbelief I thought my eyes were deceiving me so I flicked over to another news channel where the same news that  Dame Olivia Newton-John had passed away now you have become an angel was as going through the gates to heaven are you have become a beautiful star glows and sparkles in our night. I can still picture her sweet smile face of  Dame Olivia Newton-John which lives in our memory banks for a long and has never been forgotten.

    The news had me had complete shock about Dame Olivia Newton-John but it definitely brought back the painful memories of both grandparents passing away years again, I used my poetry writing to change my mindset be more positive :)
