hi ive applied fot dla for my son kidney issue and hearing loss
they asked for proof of his hearing aid being fitted am i likely to be approved for the claim ive done a mandatory reconsideration

No one can really answer this question. DLA is based on needs and every child is different, one child may have the same condition but is completely different to yours.0

The most likely outcome of the MR is the decision will remain the same. If this happens you can proceed with Tribunal. You need to prove your child has more care and attention needs than a child the same age who doesn't have a disability.
