Hi
I wanted to ask for those who had gone through a tribunal do you feel you have a fair chance to speak about everything
I have gone through what My friend supported me with my MR response and I could have been clearer in things for example i need someone with me if I go out or drive for example
do they scrutinise or feel they are fair and understanding and take everything into consideration

Hi @asg23. Thanks for your post.
Unfortunately, I have not gone through a tribunal. Therefore, I don't sense I am the most appropriate person to respond to your question.
Hopefully, someone who has gone through a tribunal will be able to respond to you soon. Then, you can hopefully get the answer you are looking for.
In the meantime, if you wish to discuss anything through further with us please don't hesitate to let us know. We are all here for you and listening to you

I don’t know how I feel in all honesty One of those things a part of me feels it would have been okay If I just let it go or reapplied when I felt ready
just reading some things on here I feel conflicted at times for example about how you need support when going out and/ or the distress caused and despite giving real accounts I did not feel it was accepted so makes me anxious will they accept that at the tribunal
not sure if that makes sense
My thoughts are everywhere and part of my dyslexia trying to give a account is hard as I struggle with my words or being clear about what I mean

I totally understand how stressful the whole process is, you're not the only person to feel like this. Canceling the hearing and starting the whole process again at some point in the future isn't the best idea. If you constantly reapply using the same evidence you previously used will likely see another refusal. Tribunal route is always the best answer.asg23 said:I don’t know how I feel in all honesty One of those things a part of me feels it would have been okay If I just let it go or reapplied when I felt ready
