Hi my wife has just got the pip forms for our 16 year old daughter , she is her appointee is there anywhere can help fill the form in for her thanks

    She’s not sure how to word everything, and do should she get the school senco to write a supporting letter

    Many people find it helpful to think of a few real world examples for each of the relevant descriptors @martyd85. To do this, some people like to keep a diary to keep track of what they've struggled with recently. Citizens Advice have some information on this.
