"Can it be changed to somewhere nearer or can i request a telephone hearing"I think you will be able to do that but you will need to contact the Tribunal service as soon as you can. Explain why you want to have a telephone hearing and the reasons why he cannot attend a face to face hearing and I am sure they will be able to arrange something better.0

Thanks for the update, I'm glad that you were able to get the location changed but it's a shame that it was cancelled at such short notice. Hopefully you get a new date very soon.sarseg1 said:Hi,yes managed to change to a telephone hearing, then in the morning of the actual hearing it git cancelled somebody from the hearing was ill,so hopefully will get another date soon so disappointed 😞 all that build up to now wait again...thanks for asking though0 -

Hi,i felt it did not go to well,it felt like my other half was on trial.remembering 18 months plus ago he was confused...and has since suffered a stroke which cannot be taken into account....can i phone to ask to apply again ?even whilst awaiting the decision or do i need to wait until the dreaded brown envelope arrives.Only that obviously it all takes so much to get time the ball rolling again....regards Sarah0

As i advised to you in another thread, you need to wait for the Tirbunal decision first. If you don't then any new decision made on the review will overrule any Tribunal decision. Lots of people think it didn't go well and when they had the decision is was in their favour. You can see my previous advice to you here. https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/comment/573897#Comment_573897

You can’t apply again while an existing claim is being processed.0
