Welcome to the community @craigwhite72 :) Thank you for sharing your journey so far with us. It sounds as though you've been through a lot over the years.

Are you receiving any support to help you manage your depression and anxiety?

Waiting lists for ADHD assessments can unfortunately be really long. Are you coping okay in the meantime?

How are you feeling about your PIP tribunal?

    Hello Tori

    Thankyou for your reply

I am receiveing no councilling for my Depression / Anxiety as there is no support in my local area, they just happy to give tablets out for depression . I have asked for medication for my Adhd but due to my Heart problems i am unable to take, i have found my head is in a better place if i walk alot and enjoy what is around.
I am still working self employed but mentally its a big struggle hopefully i will be successful with my Pip claim so i can pay for some kind of help.

    kind regards craig

It can definitely be difficult to secure things like counselling and talking therapy on the NHS unfortunately @Craigwhite72

If you live in England, you could try referring yourself through the IAPT service.

You could also see whether there are any local groups, events, or services in your area on the Hub of Hope.

I like going for walks to clear my head too :) What's your favourite kind of walk? For example one in the woods, by a canal or river, or up a hill, and so on.

    Hello Tori

i tend to walk the Dogs with my wife in morning and when they had there tea. I dont walk dogs on my own as i try to walk along way to burn my headspace out, the dogs are not good on long distances as they pull all the time lol.
I have had a look at Iapt nearest to me is around 20miles at whitby, i am currently  not in a bad space just waiting for this pip tribunal case in Jan, its not about money more about what help i can get to deal with my thoughts etc so i can get councilling etc as its not cheap going private. Unfortantly the Nhs is in dire straights.
I am n ot sure if Pip will go in my favour but as from previous email you see i have under lieing health issues

    regards Craig
