Texts about pip decision

Hi everyone, i just wanted to know if everyone recieved a text to say that pip was awarded and did anybody get one to say it wasnt awarded & how long did this take after the medical assessment? I applied for pip end of september and had my telephone assesment on the 21/10/22. Im so anxious and hate waiting lol

    It can take up to 3 months to get a decision following the assessment.

    Hi everyone hope your all doing well on here. pip had received my assessment 10 days ago how long does it take to get a answer does anybody now on here ?

    Okay so today the person who did my assessment had to ring me and ask me more questions because they were told too, is this a bad sign? Im so anxious this whole process has been horrible for me and because I didn’t no this was going to happen it put me on the spot and i couldnt think of all the things i should have said 😩

    Sometimes they need to ring you back to ask you more questions if they didn't get all the information they needed during the assessment.

    Hello i got a text to say ive been awarded pip (monday 21st) how long does the letter usually take to get to you and when does the back pay get paid? Tia

    It takes 3-5 working days to go into your bank after payment was sent.

    Thankyou, if i got the text 8am monday do you think the payment was sent friday?

    I have no idea when payment would have been made sorry. Hopefully, you should receive the money owed by the end of this week. You can also ring PIP to ask and they will tell you which date the money will go into your bank.
