Rang for accessors report

Thank you I rang dwp ages ago and the case manager said it appears from the report enhanced for both and they've gone and done another report 🤔0
-
It's like one of those conveyor belts in a bottle factory, one bottle has gone 'askew', that's knocked another bottle, etc, needs someone to reset the conveyor belt.
.
I personally would be complaining.1 -
What I don’t understand is why the case manager told you that in the first place.0
-
Neither do I the case manager was banging on about how I should complain that they had done my assessment with my daughter without authority whilst my daughter does her me she wasn't aware of all my mental health issues.0
-
Sorry I meant daughter does help me0
-
I remember you saying they contacted your daughter and the case manager wasn’t happy.I can’t say I agree with that because your daughter must have given her contact details for them to contact her in the first place. If she helps you or cares for you then she must know how your health conditions affect you. In my opinion this is better than contacting any medical professional because they very rarely know exactly how your conditions affect you.0

Just an update I rang and asked for assessors report which I received yesterday, surprisingly the assessors report was very accurate her suggested points indicate an award so just have to wait and see if dm agrees with report and evidence1

Will keep everything crossed for the outcome @sosad1🤞1
