Has anyone had trouble getting a new one? I called UC 4/8/23 to request a new one as I need to check my journal etc and it has been over a year since i had to log in, so this is now lost.
They gave me an appointment for the 8th, I had the telephone appointment, and then told me to wait 7 days for an email with a new code, and i still haven't had it, today is the 8th day since the appointment, did it take anyone a bit longer? maybe they were mistaken and its 10 days?
Hate talking to them on the phone but i may have to call back.
Cheers.

Hello @Sean4w
It could be that they meant 7 working days? As there may not be anyone in on the weekend?0 -
Yeah they told me that, no idea why i still have one or need one... yes i checked junk, i rang them and they put a note on my journal on my behalf.Biblioklept said:I didn't realise they were still using PSNs. I've not needed one for a long long time and wouldn't have a clue where to find it.
Did you check junk folder for emails?Hannah_Scope said:Hello @Sean4w

Maybe, but i feel like they should have said that, thats why i asked about 10 days instead, Anyway well see if they answer my journal, and send me it in email.0 -
How is everything at the moment @Sean4w? It sounds like you have had a really frustrating experience. Hopefully, it is somewhat sorted now but please don't hesitate to update us and let us know if there's anything else we can do to help

Hi there L, I have rang them last week and they wrote on my journal on my behalf, and i waited another week after this, and the case worker has been given a deadline of tomorrow at 6pm, also they messaged them directly. Its very frustrating. I need to print out certain letters from my Journal for my PIP MR, i just hope it gets sorted in time.L_Volunteer said:How is everything at the moment @Sean4w? @Jimm_Scope, i have now had my PSN removed, and authenticator added instead, and i have access now, she did it over the phone, so no idea why i had to wait 3 weeks with numerous phonecalls.0 -
@Sean4w Sounds like it was a right hassle but glad it's sorted for you!
