Just a quick question cause I'm unsure when to raise an issue with this but I asked my coach to look into any backpayment from LCWRA and they've said the have raised this to a decision maker to decided how much back payment
This was 3 weeks ago. Is there a time frame anyone can recommend or when exactly I should leave a note in my journal for an update.
Thank you for any help guys.

Hi I am in a similar situation regarding waiting for back payments I’m seeing a lot about weather or not fit notes we’re continuing throughout the assessment period, did your letter state what date you will be entitle to lwcra from?0

There's no real timeframe to give around back payments, these are processed based on demand/workload and it can take some time for your Case Manager to update previous statements and process your payment. You won't need any further fit notes now you have been awarded though.
Give it a few more weeks and after this, we will advise further.0 -
Hi @declan2534578, as bg844 has already mentioned there's really no "set time" for these processes. Even when processes do have "set time limits" they're very, very rarely meeting those.0
