Hi, my name is pauline63! how far back is my LCWRA back paid?

Hi everyone,
I'm new to this forum and need a bit of help understanding the benefits, I have just received  my first payment of LCWRA  BENEFIT and was wondering if I was entitled  to back pay as my first sick note was put in on the 2nd of May 23and was told I had to wait 3 full assessment  period

    As far as I'm aware, back pay is usually paid back to when you first put in for LCWRA.

    Hi @pauline63 - & welcome from me too. From what you've said it's possible no backpay is due. As you've already been advised, there's a 3 full month waiting period, with payment being then due in the 4th month (depending when your assessment periods are).
