    Hello Fon,

There is some helpful information on the Coram Children's Legal Centre website which explains the appeals process and provides advice on how to appeal the decision. They also have a helpline for some further advice about this and possible representation. http://www.childrenslegalcentre.com/index.php?page=school_admissions_and_appeals

    I hope this helps.

    Kind regards

    Debbie

I called them but was put to Child Law advice which I have not manage to speak to anyone.
There is answering machine saying that all advisers are busy, call later.
So I am end up in nowhere. and the appeal deadline is coming up.

    Hi Fon,

Sorry for the delay in responding to your post, I have been on leave.

Did you have any success finding some help with your appeal?

    Hi Debbie
    Thank you for asking.
I have nobody to help with this matter.
    I am so frustrated.
They are many organizations but none of them really there for you.
So far I have you to talk too.
    I appreciate that.

    Hi Fon,

Sorry to hear that you have not been able to find any help.

Try the ACE Telephone Adviceline on 0300 0115 142 Monday- Wednesday 10am-1pm term time only.

Keep trying Coram Children's Legal Centre because they will be able to provide you with some advice about this.

If you could let me know which part of the country you live in, I will look for local services for you.

    Best wishes

    Debbie

    Dear Debbie
    Thank you very much.
I have had documents from ACE and Coram websites to read then I will call them.
I understand the rules and have facts to prove my grounds . The problem is I do not know how to put these grounds or my circumstances into writing.
    I live in Thurrock Essex.

    Kind regards
    Fon

    Hi Fon,

It might be worth trying DIAL North West Kent https://www.scope.org.uk/support/services-directory/DIAL-North-West-Kent-disability-information-advice to see if they can assist you with this or point you in the direction of a local service that can help you with the letter writing.

There is also Thurrock Young Carers which could be a valuable contact for your daughter for some extra support http://www.youngcarerscentre.org.uk/thurrock-8-18s

I hope this is helpful and that the information you are reading from Coram and ACE are useful. Please keep in touch and let us know how the appeal goes.

    Best wishes

    Debbie
