Hello all.
Many years ago I was involved in a car accident which resulted in numerous fractures. The lasting impediment is a fixed right elbow which means i cannot touch my face with my right hand. My left arm was fine and I've adapted to doing everything with my L arm.
Last week I fell and broke my L shoulder and subsequently cannot touch my face with my L hand either.
I can eat and drink by using long cooking tongs, long spoons, etc.
One thing I cannot do is blow or pick my nose. Has anybody suggestions as to how I can unblock my schnoz?
Any thoughts would be great. many thanks. Theo

Maybe use a bulb syringe gripped with tongs to squeeze it? Used to use these to get snot out of baby noses. You can find them on Amazon.
