Hi ramiryan,
We're sorry to hear about the situation you're in. There is some good information on Shelter's (a housing charity) website here: http://scotland.shelter.org.uk/get_advice/advice_topics/homelessness/help_from_the_councils_housing_department/what_happens_after_ive_made_my_application/temporary_accommodation_when_youre_homeless. They advise that the local authority is not obligated to offer you accommodation in their area if they are unable to. Shelter also suggest that if you are thinking of turning down an offer of accommodation then you should speak to them first, so it would be worth giving them a call on 0808 800 44 44 to discuss this further.
Kind regards,

Hi Ramiryan,
Have a look at this recent supreme court ruling about placing homeless families outside of area. http://www.theguardian.com/law/2015/apr/02/mother-titina-nzolameso-battle-stop-westminster-council-milton-keynes
Get in touch with Shelter as advised above and see if they can assist you.
Please let us know how you get on.
Best wishes
Debbie
