    Hi Vicky and thank you for your welcome, I called the scope helpline for the first time today, was good to talk some things through, I am trying to get some support for my son, its frustrating that you have to get to a critical situation before help is given, my daughter who has diabetes needs my attention too, its so difficult to balance.
