how much strong is Rehabilitation Stiffener then other footwear in the shops and online and how long do they take to brack in

As I mentioned in my other post. Piedro boots are orthopaedic shoes so the stiffner are more than likely to be stronger than your average shoe. Particularly given the stiffners are placed in areas of instability.
Break in periods will vary person to person - little and often is the best way to start with and check areas for discomfort. It will be like breaking in new insoles
