I was wondering if someone could advise me on what support, if any, SCOPE provide for people in the North West seeking employment. They only support I am aware of exists in the South and Wales. Are there any equivalents in the North West?

Hi pattern1991,
Scope unfortunately don't have an employment service in the North West however there will be an organisation similar to us providing disability employment support in your area.
Two of the biggest providers are Remploy (http://www.remploy.co.uk/) and the Shaw Trust (http://www.shaw-trust.org.uk/) so it's worth contacting them to see if they can help.
The Disability Employment Adviser at your local job centre is usually the best person to help support you in finding work so i'd also advise booking an appointment to speak when them.
We also have some information on our website for disabled job seekers which you can find here: http://www.scope.org.uk/support/disabled-people/work/jobseekers.
If you have any other questions let us know!
