Hi, my brother is 54 has learning difficulties, autism.

He has a CPN who visits regularly, has limited family members (me and my husband) and a support worker. I was informed on Monday that the support will be ceasing shortly. Can anybody advise me on how to get support for him. He has cut his wrist in the past and often says that he is going to end his life.
