Looking after people with special needs isn't always easy, and lets face it not always a lot of fun. But the last couple of days, my brother has cottoned on to the 'boaty mcboatface' thing in the news, and is calling pretty much everything 'something Mc somethingface' I'm not sure wherther to laugh or cry, especially as our brand new motability van has been christened and I signed a 3 year lease yesterday!!!
