Yes. I was also moved to finally start a petition by the news coverage about the death of Charlotte Bevan, which seemed to be so eminently preventable.

Such a terrible story, I certainly hope lessons will be learnt to prevent something like that happening again. Good luck with your petition.

There was also Adam Curtis's documentary "The Trap", which describes the flaws in the theory that gave us Target Culture and how that leads to misdiagnoses.
