ive just had my assessment and it went ok but they put all the wrong things down in my paperwork which doesnt help at all

Hi shelliemarie,
Oh no sorry to hear this. If you get a decision that you're not happy with then you can ask for a Mandatory Reconsideration and at this point you can challenge all the points you don't agree with and highlight the things that were put in your paperwork that were wrong. If the decision is upheld you can appeal to the tribunal and have your case heard there.

You can but it depends on how quickly they reach a decision, you might send it off and then find that they've already made a decision.
What sort of things specifically did they get wrong in the assessment? -
what i can do and lied and put things wrong which im not happy about
