I have bilateral sacrolitis - what do I do now?

hi anyone,in march the mri scan says i have bilateral sacroiliitis, its come on over 4 years slowly, i thought the hospital gave me a wheelchair temp, but i cant walk well 6 steps, cant stand, ive been told there is nothing they can do, they gave me electric wheelchair 3 weeks ago, i feel ive just been tossed aside, im still in shock, i thought i could have an operation and be better, what do i do now, help
